After three attempts ordering a pair one panel shaker interior slab doors from HD, each time having months long delays, and then, the doors always came damaged, I was told about Pat’s Doors.
I gave them the same order and they gave me a delivery date. I was skeptical after my last experiences.

The people at Pat’s doors were great to work with. I talked with three different ladies behind the counter and all of them were knowledgeable helpful and accommodating. I did not realize that they closed at 4:00 p.m. which was the time I arrived there. One of the ladies still wrote up a work order for what I needed. A few days later I picked up the prehung door and everything worked out very well.

Exceptional Excellence
Brought in a door that was no longer serviceable. Staff made a brand new door…. With the cut outs for the hinges and the door handle fitting perfectly. I mean within a few thousand of an inch! The service guy carried the old door in and new door out for us.
They are fast. Efficient. Right on with dimensions. And extremely pleasant and professional to deal with.. Only reason I gave a top tier five star rating is because the system didn’t allow a ten. Gratitude!!!!

Have been buying custom doors and not custom doors for years. If you need a replacement door or new doors for your remodel or new construction, Pat’s Doors is the place.
